South Dakota artist and sculptor, Dale Lamphere, was commissioned to build the Arc of Dreams and several sculptures throughout all of South Dakota. From the Dignity statue in Chamberlain, SD to downtown Sioux Falls, you'll find his work exquisitely displayed and integrated into both our culture, architecture, and landscapes. I still have several statues of his artwork to photograph for a complete collection. Mt. Rushmore really needs little introduction or explanation from sculptor Gutson Borglum.
